What is included in my quote?
A standard quote normally includes:
- 1 x Half-day (or Full-day) filming
- 1 x 2-3 minute video
- 1 x 30 sec social media video

It really depends on the type of project and what the final output will be. We tailor our quotes to suit any video needs.
How does the whole process work?
Upon initial contact, we will send you a full quote for all work involved including any extras. Once the quote is approved we kindly ask for 50% down-payment to cover on-going project expenses. We will then schedule a call/meeting to discuss the specifics of your project if required.
If Filming is involved, we will work with you to book in a shoot date. After the shoot we will begin editing your video/s and keep you updated on the process throughout. Once your video/s is ready for review we will email it to you via a Vimeo Pro link. This allows you to watch your video and leave timecoded notes on the video while you watch. Once all notes have been left, we ask you to email us and let us know. We will then work on your notes and send you an updated video/s. We will go through this process to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your video/s. All standard quotes include 3 x rounds of editing revisions (if required). Once you have approved your video project we kindly ask for payment of any remaining invoices prior to handing over the final video/s for download.
What are the timeframes for turnaround of my video/s?
Our standard turnaround time for a first draft of your video is 1-1.5 weeks after filming, however we can work to pretty much any deadline. Please let us know if you have tight deadline and will accommodate this.
